Back to Basics Massage Therapy, Inc. has strived to be a therapy group that exceeds your expectations and we aren't stopping now! We are excited to have added 700sqft to our current facility in the same building. The Wellness Center is a wide open space that gives us the opportunity for corrective exercise therapies, nutritional counseling, yoga, bible studies, and one on one personal strength training that relates to your life stage. We are not only adding onto our facility but we are also adding to our staff with certified experienced wellness trainers to provide nutritional counseling, corrective exercise, and lifestyle strength training. We also look forward to hosting classes geared toward client education for massage therapy at home! As always, our goal is to help you get better, longer lasting results in wellness. With this new addition to the Back to Basics Family; the possibilities are endless!

John’s Class: Mobility & Skills (All Levels) A program that is dedicated to enhancing your ability to move as freely as possible without injury and pain. Improving your overall success on your health and wellness journey. YOU will learn how to stretch problematic areas of the body, work through movement limitation, and the proper movement mechanics needed to increase your day to day productivity and performance rather its on your job, in your home, or local gym. This class is good for all levels with no fitness experience needed. This class does not include any high impact activity and we will be lifting anywhere from light to heavy weights depending on the activity. *Class is limited to a max of six participants; it's encouraged that you reserve your space in advance*
