Christmas in July 2022

This July, Back to Basics held a donation drive benefiting the Pregnancy Center of Greater Toledo. Pictured to the left is Lily Hoffman, one of our administrative assistants, with our donations from clients and staff. 

The Pregnancy Center is a valuable resource to our community. They provide free pregnancy testing with nurse consultation, free ultrasounds, pregnancy and parenting classes, as well as services at The Haven. In addition, they serve as a source for emergency diapers, wipes, and formula for those in need in the Toledo area.

We are so thankful that we were able to spread some "Christmas in July" cheer to the Center and their clients. With the outstanding support from our clients and staff, we were able to donate an abundance of items, ranging from homemade baby blankets, to boxes of diapers, to baby formula and baby food, to children's books. As an added bonus, our clients were so generous in their giving that we were able to gift the Center with $1,220 in check donations! 

The staff at the Pregnancy Center was so grateful for the love and support. They rely on donations to be able to continue the work that they do for the community. Again, we, the Back to Basics staff, want to say THANK YOU to everyone who was so generous in helping us spread Christmas cheer all year!
