Back to Basics Massage Therapy, Kimberlee Kristof LMT

Kimberlee Kristof established Back to Basics Massage Therapy in 2000. With humble beginnings in a basement, Kim began her journey as a massage therapist. Since then the ambition of  one dedicated and passionate therapist giving massages as a means to bring healing has been blessed and has grown into a practice of nine dedicated and passionate therapists and three office personnel. Kim founded Back to Basics  with the core value of being a source of healing and as the business has grown that has not wavered. When Kim decided to leave her career as a transportation broker to dedicate her talents to healing she could not have imagined how many lives would be touched and how Back to Basics would grow but God knew!

After twenty years of a successful massage therapy practice and touching the lives of thousands of people, God placed a call on Kim to expand Back to Basics. In a step of faith and obedience the Back to Basics Wellness Center was launched in January 2021. Along with this new addition of space came the opportunity for clients to gain the benefits of  personal training and group fitness classes. It also provides a means to offer educational classes teaching couples at-home massage techniques as well as stretch sessions to give clients greater options for continued self-care outside of the office. On Wednesday mornings the Wellness Center is dedicated to Spiritual Wellness with an open biblical study and discussion time. 

'If you ask Kim why she chose to become a LMT she will tell you she didn't choose massage but that massage therapy chose her.  In honor of National Women's Small Business Month we are grateful to be able to highlight the accomplishments of Kimberlee Kristof and the dedicated team she believes in at Back to Basics Massage Therapy and Wellness Center.
